Weather was perfect, when we did the OES-trip. Here we are walking along the beach headding for the Tversted Lakes.
Saturday the 20th of April an OES-walk was arranged in Tversted Plantation.
Annie came with Minne, Birgit came with Amy and Cassie, Kim and Christina (whom we know since they used to have Nanna from our I-litter)came with their new dog, the Basset Griffon, Dushess, and we came with Alonso, Maise and Snowy.
We went for a nice walk through the plantation to Østerklit and further along the beach back to the parking-place close to the Tversted Lakes. Here we all enjoyed our lunch. What another great day together with our friends from North Jutland!
Thanks to Anette for a super arrangement in Hedensted and to Birgit for a nice walk. Thanks to Helle for letting us borrow her great summer cottage.
In the dog-forest we could let the dogs run free. Happy reunion with our great friends from North Jutland.
Alonso really liked Dushess - she had just been in season! From Østerklit to the beach.
Is everybody here? Sheepdogs and seaside.
After lunch it was time for a picture: From left to right it is Christina with Dushess, Annie with Minne, Birte with Alonso and Maise, Kim holding Snowy, thenBirgit with Amy and Cassie and finally Rie with Nessa.
When we arrived safe home in Herringløse again it was time to give Maise her summer cut. Her coat was trimmed down, and we were so pleased to see how happy and relieved she felt with no heavy coat on her. She ran over the fields and behaved just like a young dog!
