It has become a tradition - so we did it again; we had arranged an OES-day, while we were in North Jutland.
We met at Anni and Flemming’s place just next to Hjørring. Together we drove to Kærsgård Beach where we took a walk with the dogs along the river and down to the sea. It was quite windy, so we had our water-loving dogs in the lead to prevent them from running into the huge waves.
Back at Anni and Flemming’s place we had lunch together in their newly rebuild barn. It was nice to sit and talk, and enjoying the great dishes.
After lunch it was time for the dogs to go on the grooming table. Teeth were cleaned, coat thrown out of ears, nails cut and coat-problems solved.
We ended the day with a guided tour in Anni and Flemming’s workshop, where they both do great sculptures in stone and bronze. We also saw the sculpture that Anni and Flemming intend to give away for the best dog on the Euroshow the 24th of May 2015 in Nyborg. A piece of art worth struggling for!
