Sunday the OES Club had it's Christmas show in Køge south of Copenhagen.
The show ground was very pretty with Christmas tree, there was Christmas music, coffe with home baking and a place to buy OES-things.
Judge was English OES breeder Ann Titheridge, Kennel Hamble.
We entered Alonso and Maise, and Alonso's littersisters Luna and Toddi were entered as well.
All got excellent in the quality judgment. Alonso won the junior dog class, while Toddi won the junior bitch class. Luna was number 3.
Maise was in short coated class, and didn't find it amusing being showed! She didn't look anything like the sweet, cheeky Maise we now at home. She was second of two, but got an excellent and a very fine critique.
Best of breed was Tino, DKCH Sound Solution Ground Control (daddy to our L-litter). Congratulations!
Winnie's memory trophy to the best Danish bred OES (9-24 months) went to Alonso.
The trophy was handed to us at lunch, and we will look forward to have it in our house for the next year, in sweet memories of Winnie.
The day ended with a fine lunch for more than 60 peoples. During lunch trophys were distributed, the lottery was ended and the silent auction settled. There was fine profit for the Danish OES Club.
Thanks to the show committee for a well arranged show, to all of you who gave awards to the class winners, to the lottery and the auction. And a special thank to Dortemarie and Torben who helped us with Alonso, and to Tina and Lis who did a super job showing their dogs.
