It's been a week since we lost Meggie.
There has been many kind words from friends in Denmark and abroad. We are so happy about that, and it multiplies the amount of happy memories we have about Meggie.
Thank you so much!
But before al this, we had a wonderful vacation in Provence.
It was not easy to go: With seven dogs (three pups) and a cat it seemed hopeless.
But thanks to Henriette and Salvatore, who offered to have Magnus, Lis and Lars Bo, who agreed to have the pups Keegan and Knighty, Bodil and Einer who had Meggie and Moonie on vacation and our neighbor who looked after or cat and the house, it was possible for us to go for France 1. of June. In the car was Misty and her 3 months old pup Maise.
We wondered how it should all work out, taking such a small pup on the long trip to France. Misty was only 4 1/4 months old when we took her. It went well. But Maise was actually a baby!
Luckily enough all our troubles seemed to be wasted.
Maise behaved as if she was born on the road. She slept peacefully as we drove. She played, drank, eated and peed when we made the three-hour stop-overs.
Our car has aircondition, so it was always a comfortable place to be - especially for the dogs.
Maise was cleanly from the moment we left home. And she slept safely and well during the nights in hotels. The first three nights we slept in hotels in France to see some bigger towns, before we reached our holiday-house in Maubec, Luberon.
We stayed here for one week and then drove to Regusse in Var to the house we have been six times now.

Right: Maise in a hotel, in the town Apt and in the mountains.
Misty and Maise in a marketplace in Ile-sur-la-Sorgue. Jørgen's brothers girls Maria and Karoline go for a walk. This makes some interest among the frenchmen in the town.
