A couple of years ago Birte met Joy and Nicole at the National Show in USA.
We found out that Joy and ‘her breeder’ Denise planned to go from Australia to Denmark to join the Euro-Show. So it felt natural to invite them to come and stay with us.
May the 16th we picked up Joy and Denise at the Ocean Cruise harbour in Copenhagen, when they arrived from a weekly cruise along the Norwegian coastline.
During the next five days they stayed with us, and a friendship was founded. We felt like we had known each other for many years and were totally on wavelength. They joined us for dog-walks in the spring-green forest, we groomed and we trained our dogs, we went sightseeing in Copenhagen, visited Herdis, went to “balance training” with Tiffany, went shopping, in restaurant and so on. But most of all they were part of our every day life.
Isn’t it amazing how the interest in OES has brought us close friends and wonderful experiences!
