We haven't seen Smilla (Moonie's sister) and Anton (puppy from our Misty and Magnus and brother to Lunte on Tåsinge) for a long time.
Anton's family, Wamberg, moved from Denmark to south of Germany, and our daily route was not in that neighborhood! But we have kept in contact by email.
Smilla got a wonderful new home on Fyn with Wamberg's parents.
In the meantime Anton's family has moved to Malmø, Sweden, and it is very close to us. The other day they asked us to take care of Anton and Smilla, because the two families should celebrate a birthday. We were very happy!
Both dogs came to Herringløse the 13th of April. What a wonderful reunion.
Smilla is just as nice and crazy as she has always been. She has her own opinions - and loves to be hugged. Constantly! She looks a lot like her sister, Moonie, and has many similarities with her father, Magnus.
Anton has grown up to become a handsome dog, knowing what he's worth and with a nice temperament.
The two of them fitted perfectly into our pack of dogs. Our dogs were happy seeing Smilla again, and Anton was in a strict but gentle manor told, were to be placed in the hierarchy. It lasted only a short while, after that it was all peace and quiet in the pack of six OES'.
Maise liked Anton very much, and the two of them played all day long in the garden and had a really good time.
Sunday Anton and Smilla were picked up and driven to their homes. Believe us: It could be quiet in the house with only four dogs!
Maise has been invited to Malmø on vacation, and we are sure, that she will enjoy seeing Anton again some day.
