Impressingly quickly Misty adapted to traveling life with its new places to sit, to sleep and to eat etc. On the first lay-by Misty thought she had to say hello to every people and alle dogs - just as she used to do at home. But all through the day, while we stopped on new lay-bys every second hour, she found out that she didn't have to say hello to everybody. In France we lived in three rented houses, all with gardens surrounding them. It became the resting-base for us and the dogs, while it was time to relax after the events of the day. And indeed we had lots of events! Walking in the different mountains, seeing little french villages, visiting marketplaces and tasting wine in vineyards. All the time taking care of Misty and Magnus. And being aware that the temperature was 36 degree celcius in the shade. Misty learned to bath as the opportunity appeared - as in Lake St. Croix in Var or under Pont du Gard in Gard.l |

Under Pont du Gard there was time to enjoy a refreshing bath, but the dogs were in lead, since many people have chosen the same posibility in the heat.
On a trip with the old steam-train from Anduze to the Cevenne-mountains, Misty found it suitable to sit on Jørgen's lap to see what was going on outside.
The world looks different standing on a rock in Les Baux de Provence, Misty and Magnus seem to think.
Birte enjoying picnic close to St. Victoire mountains at Aix-de-Provence. Before that we all had wonderful walk in the mountains while the Mistral was blowing refreshingly.
