So we headed for Ålbæk south of Skagen. Jørgen’s sister Helle has just bought a summer cottage and she let us spend some days there.
After a good night’s sleep we went a bit south again the next day.
We went to Sæby, where we had asked Birgit to arrange an OES-tour.
Since we were not in due time to have the tour announced in the OES-magazine, we had to do with the OES-club homepage. Result: Not too many came.
Birgit and Thomas with their dogs Ami and Cassie, Rie (again!) with Nessa and we with Misty and Alonso had a nice walk along the Sæby beach. The sun was shining, the dogs could run free, we were talking, looking after amber (Birgit found three peaces), and Rie removed peaces of glass from the beach!
Birgit and Thomas served a wonderful lunch after the trip and we discussed subjects as the club, our dogs, breeding and the upcoming Euro-show.
