Me-Too has started puppyclass together with Alfa. And the puppies really enjoy that. The purpose with the training is to teach the dogs to meet other dogs, say hello to people, follow their leader (who is cheating, beacuse she's holding a goody in her hand), come as you call and teach them to 'do nothing' without crying! All new training-principles are used in class. Lots of praising and some goodies is used for the training.

							A grown up Leonberger is a big dog for a OES-puppy to meet.
					In the old days you taught a dog to walk nicely in lead by pulling the lead hard. Today it is a matter of establishing contact with the puppy - the way to do this is by using goodies. Later on you remove the goodies, but have a good, close contact with the dog. A pleasnt way to make the dog follow its leader - even without lead.
