We went to Holland the 8th-9th of december to pick up Take Me-Too of Wobbling Sound - a puppy from Jean and Rinus, our good friends. Find her pedigree etc. in 'Our dogs'.
Me-Too was the last puppy left in the litter. The others were picked up earlier that weekend. Anyway Me-Too was fit for play and joy, as she received us. Incredibly faithfull and affectionate. A wonderfull OES-bitch.
Jean and Rinus have both the father and mother of Me-Too living in the house and it was nice to say hello to father Dodger and mother Nanook.

Mother Nanook relaxing by the fireside with Rinus.

Our trip home exeeded our expectations. We had short breaks every two hour in order for Me-Too to get out and pee, eat, drink and play a little. During the car-trip Me-Too was sleeping calm and undisturbed on a soft blanket in front of the vehicle. You can't imagine how an 8 weeks old puppy is able to adapt new situations.
We took her to a resturant, and even that she managed perfectly. And there was no sign of frightness visible as she watched the noisy cars pass by on the highways or a train rush by on a railroad close by.
Home with Misty, our ten years old puppy, it shall be a bit of a job to get the two puppies to grow up as harmonius and well behaven OES'. So we are happy that Smilla's parents Søs and Poul have promised to assist us as co-parents for Me-Too.
Me-Too and Birte for a short walk before the ferry to Denmark.
