Danish Kennel Club had a show in Herning, Jutland, 2nd of November.
Tumle (Blue Berry's I Like Tumbling Around) from our I-litter and owner Beate entered Puppy-class. Tumle got a 'very promissing' and 1th price. This ment she continued into the final puppyclass.
Birte was there too with friend Winnie (Kennel Lykkegården). The latter showed Alpha (Gentle Georgia From Beautiful Highland), who got 1th price.
Judge Elke Pepper, Germany, choose Birgitte's Danish Delight Formula One for best of breed, while Malene's Jolly Bear's Yours Forever was best of opposite sex - and had her last certificat, which means she is now Danish Champion.
Congratulations to both!
Birte and Winnie couldn't stay for the final show in the big ring, but luckily Johnny, the OES-club chairman, managed to stay together with Bendte and Torben to help Beate and Tumle.
Unfortunately Tumle was not taken out in the last puppyclass. But she behaved nicely and Beate got some good practice in showing.
Thanks a lot to Johnny for helping and for shooting a picture of Beate and Tumle in the big ring.
Next show is the danish OES-club Christmas-show the 1th of December in Køge, Sealand.
The I-litter will be presented there as well, entering youthclass.
If you're in the neigbourhood, come to see the show. Its fun with lots of wellbrushed old english sheepdogs and possibilities of bying christmas-presents with OES-motives etc.
See you?
